Orders are picked from Monday to Friday only and your order will be delivered within 2-5 days
If the item(s) is(are) not in stock please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Delivery time could be earlier than expected, as the item might already be on its way to us. Should this be the case, you will be notified of a delivery date. We will always do our best to deliver before the expected delivery date.
Please note: This will give you plenty of time to get a qualified electrician to fit your light fittings to make sure you are you happy with your service 🙂

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, which will provide an expected delivery date. Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Always check your item before signing, particularly if the package does not appear to be in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as ‘Unchecked’. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.
You have 14 working days from receipt of goods to report unwanted items. The items must be unused and in original packaging. To report any damages, please do so within 48 hours from receipt of goods. We advise our customers to check all items immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period.
